Meet Bailey!
Bailey is a five year old spayed Australian Shepherd who is looking for her forever home! Bailey has been practicing her dance moves and can’t wait to show you her typical aussie “wigglebutt” greeting.
Bailey is a laid back, go with the flow, kind of girl. She’s happy to spend the day inside relaxing, but can be ready at a moment’s notice to go for a hike or to hit up the local ice cream shop with you. Bailey is fully house trained, sleeps in a crate all night, and is always caught napping on the furbo dog camera while her foster mom is at work.
While Bailey would prefer to be the only dog, she could live with another mellow dog who gives her space. She would be looking for more of a roommate arrangement than another dog-friend to play with. Bailey does not like other dogs in her face, but with a slow introduction, can coexist with another dog-introverted resident dog. Bailey is looking for a home without cats as she just can’t contain her excitement around them.
Bailey understands basic commands, such as sit, down, and come, and is hoping her future home can continue her education. Bailey walks well on leash and will show mild interest in other people or dogs walking by without pulling excessively or displaying any reactivity.
Bailey adores being brushed which has become her nighttime routine with her foster mom. She is a total love bug who aims to please and put a smile on your face.
