If you’re looking for a shot of energy
then take me home!
I’m a fun loving border collie mix who has a zest for life!
My energy needs are moderate- I do best interacting with my human, walks, jogging, oh and ball! All of these provide a great source of entertainment for me!
I’m little, about 25 pounds, and quick but gentle. I need some work with new people. Women I love, kids are great too! Men scare me some, so give me time to warm up. I’m just afraid so the change takes time for me to trust. If my new handler can keep up with training and working on building my confidence this is a small hurdle to jump.

Working on being calm is very important. The environment can get overstimulating for me, but if my new person shows me the world is a safe place I adjust quickly!
So far kids in my presence have been fine, especially if they’re old enough to throw a ball with me!
In a controlled setting, I do great with cats, but given my border collie nature to chase, I need to be supervised. Same with chickens!
I’m on the flighty side so my reaction will be to run and hide.
Give me time and strong leadership and I’m the perfect blend of whiskey for you.
Oh, and I love to cuddle!
